By accessing or using Ashel AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of the Prompt Library

Ashel AI is a prompt gallery: it publishes AI-generated images together with the exact text prompts that produced them, for you to copy and run in third-party AI apps (such as ChatGPT or Gemini). By using our services you agree to:

·Use the Service and its prompts only for lawful, ethical, and constructive purposes
·Not create content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
·Not attempt to scrape, exploit, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
·Not use content created with our prompts to mislead, deceive, or impersonate any person or entity
·Comply with the terms of any third-party AI app you run our prompts in

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Ashel AI:

·Any content that is sexually explicit or involves minors
·Content promoting violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
·Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
·Deepfakes or synthetic media designed to harm or deceive specific individuals
·Content used for spam, phishing, or any form of fraud

4. Intellectual Property & Content

Your Content:

·You retain ownership of the photos and inputs you provide to third-party AI apps
·Prompts copied from Ashel AI may be used freely, and images you create with them are governed by the terms of the AI app you use
·You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not violate third-party rights

Our Platform:

·The Ashel AI platform, branding, gallery curation, and underlying technology remain our property
·You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform itself
·Gallery images were created with third-party AI systems and are displayed as prompt demonstrations

5. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with Ashel AI:

·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
·You must provide accurate and complete registration information
·You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
·One account per person — creating multiple accounts to bypass limits is not permitted

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

Ashel AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties that:

·The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times
·Prompts will always produce the exact result shown in the gallery when run elsewhere
·The Service will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components
·Content created with our prompts is factually accurate or legally safe for all use cases

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
